- In a short time I get straight to the point of each discipline and technique, the approach is super pragmatic, without having to learn how a machine (our mind and body) is built, we just focus on learning how to drive it so that it is useful for us to achieve our goals.

I will give you my ‘GOAL SETTING POWER’ protocol, which I initially developed in 1998 and have continuously refined through field experience over the years. It is a system whereby:

- It will have a long term version (10-20 years), a medium term version (1 year) and then it will fit into your weekly agenda and action plan.
- I will explain how to define objectives in each area, how to prioritise them, how many to put in the right order, how to describe them, how to quantify them, how to measure them, how to visualise them, how to imprint them in your unconscious mind, how to revise them, how to keep the focus on them.
