WEB ANALYTICS BASIC: we will teach how to use software, primarily Google Analytics, useful for acquiring business intelligence information on the needs, behaviour, tastes and preferences of one’s audience. The collection and interpretation of data will then be used to implement consequent web marketing actions, the results of which will be measured and interpreted again for further changes in communication strategy.
