Start-up is the phase where the franchisee needs the most guidance and support.
We will assign a person from our staff to be your Mentor in the Start Up phase. With him For the first 1-2 months you will meet weekly, then switch to bi-weekly meetings and then meet on a monthly basis. The subject of the calls will be reviews of lead generation campaigns, results and KPIs, Funnel, priorities and action plans, business processes.
